Three Bedroom Duplex Warehouse conversion
Our client purchased an empty Warehouse conversion in Birmingham City Centre. Using our Professional building partner we created an interior design scheme to provide a stylish three bedroom loft apartment for the rental market. We designed a super Urban Kitchen with breakfast bar, two stylish bathrooms and supplied all the furniture and accessories as a turn key package.
Before we started
Here is a picture of the Warehouse conversion before we started. In just three months, the apartment was completed and fitted out with Three bedrooms upstairs, two en suite bathrooms, a stunning Kitchen and Spiral staircase.
