Lunnon House
Our client lives overseas for much of the year and returns to their country home during school holidays. When purchasing their dream home our client knew that the entire property required total refurbishment and employed our services to design, build and project manage the entire works.
Our client instructed us to do the main rooms first which included the children’s bedrooms, the kitchen, the entertainment room, the dining room and the living room. Over the next few months we shall be working on the remaining rooms in the house to meet our client’s deadline and budget allocation.
Entertainment Room
Formally a sitting room, our client requested we create a stunning entertainment room for the family. Here we totally refurbished the room with underfloor heating, new flooring, and an exciting lighting scheme, bespoke bar, fully decorated throughout, installed sumptuous soft furnishings and made a bespoke corner sofa.
Kitchen Remodel Design
The original Oak kitchen was really sound and therefore we simply updated the look painting all the units in Farrow and Ball paints, installing NEW feature lighting above the island. The floor tiles were refurbished and we fitted new soft furnishings at the windows. In the dining area we created a wine bar feature, supplied a glamorous rustic dining set and a stylish wall mounted TV with bespoke mirror frame.
Country House Dining Room Interior Design
Our brief was to create a smart deco dining room to seat the extended family. Here we installed a brand new hand finished dark oak floor, installed atmospheric lighting all round, sourced and fitted a NEW electric Chesney fire insert with Optimyst real smoke effect. Designed and supplied a stunning 3m polished dining table and matching sideboard. Upholstered dining chairs and fitted luxurious window furnishings.
Deco Style Sitting Room Design
Following the Deco style into the Sitting room, we fully refurbished the room to include half height panelling around the room with a feature full height mirror, sourced and fitted a gorgeous suede effect carpet. Sourced and supplied new sofas and soft furnishings, refurbished existing corner cupboards housing the audio equipment. Finally we dressed the room with a new console table and lamps, wenge sideboard and designer accessories.
Hall Stairs and Landing
We highlighted existing architectural features with an elegant painted decorative scheme, fitted a new carpet with stylish inset contrast border. Framed family pictures to create a stylish gallery. On the staircase we installed bevelled edge mirror panels to the panelled sections which reflect the NEW hand scraped dark oak flooring. Crystal lighting and sumptuous window dressings.
The Boy's Bedrooms
Original dark bedrooms were totally transformed into bright and fun bedrooms for the young boys with hand painted ceilings, bespoke bedroom furniture, easy clean icing sugar carpets and matching soft furnishings.
